Thomas Colton, 46, who claims to be a medium who can communicate with the dead, earned his nickname after he was convicted in 2015 for stealing €320,000 from an elderly couple while working as an accountant for them

Introduction: The Disqualified Director Who Never Stopped

Thomas Colton was banned from running a company. He was convicted of theft. He was convicted of acting as an auditor while disqualified. He was convicted of acting as a director while disqualified. The High Court revoked his debt write-off after discovering a secret villa in Lanzarote. He was sentenced to a further 10-year disqualification in April 2025.
None of it stopped him.
New evidence, provided to Watchdog Witness by a confidential source, reveals that the Colton network has not only continued operating—it has expanded. And it’s doing so through the same playbook: an Irish alias, his wife’s name on the paperwork, and UK companies beyond the reach of Irish courts.
This is the follow-up to our June 2026 investigation into Thomas and Linda Colton. It reveals how a man who is legally barred from acting as a company director continues to build an empire—this time in the fitness industry.

The New Front: Nuvii Fitness and Rox Tickets
The confidential source provided specific company numbers and flagged what they described as a deliberate pattern.
The evidence points to two UK-registered companies, both operating in the fitness racing industry:
| Company | Company Number | Incorporated | Registered Address |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nuvii Fitness Ltd | 15604657 | 30 March 2024 | Unit 3, Office A, 1st Floor, 6-7 St. Mary at Hill, London, EC3R 8EE |
| Rox Tickets Ltd | 15924032 | 29 August 2024 | Unit 3, Office A, 1st Floor, 6-7 St. Mary at Hill, London, EC3R 8EE |
Both companies are registered at the same London address as Grá Agus Solas Ltd—the entity behind Spiritual Ceremonies, the Coltons’ wedding and funeral business .
The “Irish Name” Pattern Continues
The Companies House records confirm what the confidential source alleged: the same tactics are being used again.
The Alias: Tomās O’Comhailtain
The Person with Significant Control (PSC) records for both companies list Tomās O’Comhailtain—the Irish alias Thomas Colton has used to obscure his identity .
For Grá Agus Solas Ltd, the PSC is Tomās O’Comhailtain, born December 1975, nationality Irish, country of residence Ireland . This is the same alias Colton used when registering the company in 2023.
For Rox Tickets Ltd, the PSC is Grá Agus Solas Ltd itself—which is controlled by O’Comhailtain .
For Nuvii Fitness Ltd, the PSC includes Grá Agus Solas Ltd, with Kieran Jack Higgens (a 29-year-old British national) as a co-controller .
The Wife’s Role
The confidential source told Watchdog Witness that Linda Colton “has been appointed as a director in one instance.” The Companies House records confirm that Linda Colton is an officer of Grá Agus Solas Ltd—the parent entity controlling the new fitness ventures.
What Is Nuvii Fitness?
Nuvii Fitness Ltd was originally incorporated on 30 March 2024 under the name “WE HAVE AN OFFER LTD” . It was renamed to Nuvii Fitness Ltd on 29 July 2025—just three months after Thomas Colton’s April 2025 sentencing .
The company is listed as “Dormant” in its most recent accounts, with a nature of business described as “Sports and recreation education,” “Fitness facilities,” and “Other sports activities” .
According to the confidential source, Nuvii Fitness trades as Hybrid NW—a fitness racing brand. The company has 256 other companies registered at the same London address, a common hallmark of company formation agents .
What Is Rox Tickets?
Rox Tickets Ltd was incorporated on 29 August 2024 . The company operates an app called Rox Tickets (also referred to as Hybrid Tickets), available on the Apple App Store .
The app describes itself as:
“ROXTickets is your go-to platform for securely buying and selling tickets to fitness race events on the secondary market. Whether you’re looking to secure an entry or need to sell your ticket, ROXTickets offers a reliable, user-friendly solution. The platform prioritises safety with advanced fraud prevention tools, ensuring that all transactions are verified, legitimate, and transparent.”
The app lists its developer as ROX Tickets Ltd with a DUNS number and a contact address at 3rd Floor, 120 Baker Street, London, W1U 6TU—a different address from the registered office .
The irony is striking: a company controlled by a man convicted of theft and fraud is operating a platform that promises “advanced fraud prevention tools” and “verified, legitimate, and transparent” transactions.
The Control Structure: Who Really Runs This?
The Companies House records reveal a deliberate structure designed to obscure control while maintaining it.
| Company | PSC | Nature of Control |
|---|---|---|
| Grá Agus Solas Ltd | Tomās O’Comhailtain | 75%+ shares, voting rights, right to appoint/remove directors |
| Nuvii Fitness Ltd | Grá Agus Solas Ltd + Kieran Jack Higgens | 25-50% each |
| Rox Tickets Ltd | Grá Agus Solas Ltd | 75-100% shares, voting rights, right to appoint/remove directors |
The structure is clear: Grá Agus Solas Ltd—controlled by “Tomās O’Comhailtain” (Thomas Colton)—holds significant control over both new fitness ventures.
The England Loophole: Why This Matters
Thomas Colton was disqualified from acting as a company director in Ireland for 10 years in April 2025 . But the new companies are registered in England and Wales, not Ireland.
This is not an accident. It is a deliberate strategy.
Irish director disqualifications do not automatically apply in the UK. By registering companies in England, Colton can argue that he is not acting as a director “in Ireland”—and UK authorities have not recognised his Irish disqualification.
The registered office for both Nuvii Fitness and Rox Tickets is the same London address as Grá Agus Solas Ltd—a company that was re-registered from an unlimited company to a limited company just 10 days after Colton’s April 2025 sentencing .
This is jurisdiction shopping. And it appears to be working.
What the Confidential Source Told Us
The email from the confidential source was direct and specific:
“In addition to the information within the article, Gra Agus Solus Limited is also registered as a person with significant control at Nuvii Fitness Limited (company number 15604657) and Rox Tickets (company number 15924032) – both involved in the fitness racing industry. Nuvii Fitness also trades as Hybrid NW fitness racing. Check recent filings. Again, it appears as though Irish names have been used and his wife has been appointed as a director in one instance.”
“Rox Tickets is trading via an app called Hybrid tickets / Rox tickets (downloadable via the usual stores). It allows people to buy and sell fitness racing tickets primarily Hyrox and Tryka.”
The source offered to provide further information if required.
The Unanswered Questions
This new evidence raises serious questions:
- How is a disqualified director continuing to control companies? The use of the alias “Tomās O’Comhailtain” and the UK registration appear designed to circumvent his Irish disqualification.
- Is Linda Colton acting as a front? The source alleges she has been appointed as a director. The Companies House records confirm she is an officer of Grá Agus Solas Ltd.
- Why is a “dormant” company trading? Nuvii Fitness is listed as dormant, yet the source says it trades as Hybrid NW. What is the true nature of its operations?
- Are fitness race participants at risk? Rox Tickets holds money for ticket sales on the secondary market. If the company is controlled by a convicted fraudster, what protections exist for users?
- Will UK authorities act? Irish director disqualifications do not automatically apply in the UK. Will the Insolvency Service or Companies House take action?
The Pattern Continues
This is not a story about a man who made mistakes and reformed. This is a story about a man who has been convicted three times, disqualified twice, and had his debt write-off revoked for hiding assets—and who continues to operate through a network of companies, aliases, and his wife’s name.
The fitness ventures are just the latest chapter. The question is: what comes next?
Watchdog Witness will continue to investigate. If you have information about Thomas and Linda Colton, Grá Agus Solas Ltd, Nuvii Fitness, or Rox Tickets, we want to hear from you. Your identity will be protected.
